If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return of an unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item, Sensation Brands Corporation will issue a full credit refund (excluding shipping, as we cannot refund the initial shipping cost of your order), to be redeemed for any product available through our online store.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your credit return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a credit return.
Sensation Brands Corporation will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received, or they may not be eligible for a credit refund or may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping; therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
We cannot issue a credit refund without the actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
Our goal is to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All products will be inspected upon return.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions agreement, all service items purchased through our company or any of its affiliates are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
